Long hours working as a train conductor, caring for her elderly parents and raising two daughters has left little time for Lucie to focus on herself. It's exactly the confidence boost she needs to start a new, exciting chapter in her life. Carpenter Martyn used to be the life and soul of the party and a bit of an action man. But these days, he spends all his time working, which has affected his posture and left him looking like a scruffy old man. No one misses the once-vibrant Martyn more than girlfriend Sophia, so she and Martyn sent an SOS to the 10 Years Younger team to help reinvigorate him inside and out.
