Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent explore the Easterly County of Norfolk, eating their way from its gastronomic capital, Norwich, to the nostalgic seaside town of Great Yarmouth. Along the way, they pick up their very own house boat to take a trip along the Norfolk broads, home to 125 miles of uninterrupted waterways and a haven for wildlife.

Ainsley Harriott and Grace Dent explore the Scottish county of Aberdeenshire, and get an introduction from historian Dr Fiona-Jane Brown to Scottish fishing communities in the 19th and 20th centuries. A local wildlife guide takes them to visit Troup Head, the only Gannet colony on mainland Scotland and a vital habitat for a huge array of seabirds.

At the Isle of Wight Sweet Manufactory, the pair get to live a childhood fantasy making a batch of nostalgic rhubarb and custard sweets, before visiting a restaurant which combines Asian flavours with local seafood and has stunning views of Ventnor Bay.
