Tsutomu Senkawa is having a regular day studying for his exams, until he walks outside to get some fresh air, there he gets between some guy and an agent from the Federation by the name of Birdy Cephon Altera, the guy turns out the be a fugitive and tries to use Tsutomu as a shield, killing him in the process. Birdy though, saves him by merging him into her own body.
