4 couples has to renovate 1 building into 4 separate apartments. Each couple has to choose which apartment they want to renovate, but they can to in order of who arrives first at the given location.
At the end of the renovation the apartments will be sold by auction and the couple with the most profit wins the game, € 50.000 plus the profit they made. The other three couples win only the profit, if they made a profit.
There is no Next Episode of Blok, Het planned.
