City officials in New Orleans say a vehicle plowed into a crowd on Bourbon Street, killing at least 10 people and injuring dozens more. A witness said they saw a truck going at a high speed. CBS News' Kati Weis has more. Many in Puerto Rico started 2025 without electricity as the local power company said it could take another day to turn the power back on after a blackout impacted most of the island. The FBI says it found more than 150 pipe bombs in a raid on a Virginia farm. Investigators say Brad Spafford was arrested after a tip that he was stockpiling weapons. It is the largest seizure of its kind.

Investigators are questioning those who knew the New Orleans attacker, in search of possible accomplices. No arrests have been made, though, as the FBI and local law enforcement continue their investigation. CBS News' Nicole Sganga has the latest. A Tesla Cybertruck explosion just outside of Trump hotel in Las Vegas is being investigated as a possible act of terrorism. One person inside the vehicle was killed and seven others nearby were injured. This year, a new spending cap on medication goes into effect for the first time for people on Medicare.
