78 half hour animated episodes about an 8 year old girl named Miyu. The 8 year old girl is left with a Mr. Saionji when the parents leave for the US of A after being hired by NASA. Mr. Saionji then leaves Miyu with Kanata, Saionji's son, when Mr. Saionji leaves for India. Then an alien baby and pet enter the household.
