Bruce Beach has constructed a 10,000-square-foot underground bunker out of 42 full-size school buses, which he calls the Ark Two. Sometimes referred to as the Doctor of Doom, Bradford Frank, is a psychiatrist living in the suburbs of San Diego, California.
