From Survivor to Healer

While studying medicine, Yan Shu Ren and his junior Sun Shu started dating but their relationship was a difficult one due to circumstances in their families. Shu Ren quits school to avoid Sun Shu while the latter decides to leave for Japan to finish her studies abroad. Five years later, they end up at Si Kang hospital upon the invitation of their teacher. Shu Ren hopes to mend his relationship with Sun Shu but she is cold and indifferent towards him and only starts warming up to him when her mother was in the hospital for treatment. However, the nature of their work spells troubles of his own as an accidental discovery causes Shu Ren to doubt his own qualifications as a doctor.
