Har Ar Ditt Liv is a Swedish entertainment programs on Swedish television on Saturday nights, based on the American program "This Is Your Life and introduced January 11, 1980 by Lasse Holmqvist as host. The program continued with the same host until 1991, when Swedish Television decided to withdraw the scheme. September 12, 2009 returned the program, then by Ingvar Oldsberg as host.
