Keeping Kids Healthy, the weekly pediatric health television series, produced by Montefiore Medical Center in association with Thirteen/WNET New York, launches its eighth season of national syndication September 30th, 2007. Please check your local public television station for air dates and times. Keeping Kids Healthy won its fourth Emmy Award at the 2007 New York Emmy Awards this spring. To date, Keeping Kids Healthy has garnered four Emmy awards and nine nominations.
This pioneering children’s health television series is a show about better parenting, disease prevention and about keeping your kids safe. The 2007 Emmy Award was presented in the category of Interview/Discussion programming. The show received one Emmy Award in March 2006 for outstanding Health/Science programming and two Emmy Awards in the same category in 2005.
Keeping Kids Healthy originally premiered on Friday May 10, 2002, and is nationally syndicated by American Public Television. The show is Executive Produced by Rich Sabreen Enterprises. The show's eighth season of national syndication begins airing September 30th, 2007.
