Million Dollar Listing: Ryan's Renovation

When New York city's pandemic restrictions stall the progress of their home renovation, Ryan and Emilia suffer devastating cost overruns. With the price tag climbing higher and higher, the not-so-happy couple debates the agonizing prospect of delaying the outdoor landscaping and roof deck installation in order to save cash. While struggling to manage his prankster brother-in-law and overbearing father-in-law, Ryan receives a surprise offer for the house and must decide whether to cash out and walk away or double-down on his family's pricy pet project.

As Ryan and Emilia scramble to child-proof their vast six-floor brownstone, Emilia's live-in mother throws the couple's design plan into disarray by demanding a costly bedroom switch. While Ryan hustles to find a renter for his SoHo condo, another construction delay threatens to blow apart the budget entirely.

Ryan and Emilia pack their SoHo condo and reminisce on their past. As the renovation concludes, the team of high-end interior designers installs the new custom furnishings. The couple visits their Brooklyn brownstone to finally see their finished dream house. With the renovation completed, Ryan and Emilia are able to welcome their family into their home for a traditional Greek Easter lunch.
