In Sheffield, Dan visits retired couple Gloria and Mick, who are looking for a buyer for an 18th-century railway carriage that they have painstakingly restored – with a price tag of over two million pounds, Dan has to hope that his little black book of contacts can help him get the deal across the line. Meanwhile, in Cheshire's affluent Golden Triangle, Kathy meets Norma, a terminally ill grandmother hoping that her tanzanite ring can help raise a fortune for her family.
In the Cotswolds, Miles hopes to move the pawn industry further into the 21st century by brokering the UK's first pawn transaction using cryptocurrency – with a client looking to raise a loan against a rare sapphire ring worth over 200,000 pounds, could this be that ground-breaking deal that he's been looking for?
