This spin off the Onigai Teacher Series, a guy name Maiku Kamishiro, grew up in an orphange with a picture of him and his twin, the only problem is, two girls come to him and also have a copy of the picture, so who's a twin and who's a total stranger, you can only find out by watching Onegai Twins!
