The family lives at their parents' cottage all May holidays. The mother-in-law is tired of serving this horde, but the daughters do not want to leave. It is convenient for Yulia that her mother helps with the baby, but Lena cannot persuade Pasha, because he is now unemployed and has nothing to support Lena on. But everything changes when the men, in secret from the women, decide to put a home apiary behind the bathhouse.

The whole family gathers at the cottage to celebrate the Mother-in-law's birthday. The test surprisingly behaves like silk, preparing for her arrival. Vovik and Yulia are arguing about what they should spend their maternity capital on. And Lena, in secret from Pasha, is trying to provoke childbirth.
