Next Episode of The Celebrity Dating Game is
Season 1 / Episode 7 and airs on 03 August 2021 02:00
Hosted by actress and singer-songwriter Zooey Deschanel and multiple GRAMMY®-winning singer-songwriter Michael Bolton, "The Celebrity Dating Game" offers a wry wink at modern dating with a star-studded roster of celebrity singles from television, music, comedy, reality TV and feature film in their pursuit to find love. Offering the same iconic feel as the original classic dating show, each episode follows two celebrities who each pick one lucky suitor from a hidden panel of three bachelors and/or bachelorettes based on answers to a variety of questions. But there's a twist! The celebrity identities will remain a mystery to their suitors, who are given clues via hilarious parody song performances by host Michael Bolton.
Star onstage and on screen, Taye Diggs challenges contestants to describe the word "love" without using the word "love" while Michael Bolton sings a clever rendition of "You Are So Beautiful." Meanwhile, "Bachelor in Paradise" television personality Demi Burnett is looking for a loving companion no matter their gender. Demi tries to get to know the contestants by asking them what the sentence at the top of their dating profile would be. Michael Bolton sings "I'll Stand By You" to help the contestants predict Demi's identity.
"Modern Family" star Nolan Gould is looking for someone confident, charismatic and passionate. Nolan asks the contestants what five adjectives their best friends would use to describe them while Michael Bolton performs a witty rendition of "What the World Needs Now." Meanwhile, Gabriel Iglesias, stand-up comic and sitcom star, describes himself as "cuddly" and asks contestants their favorite way to cuddle. Michael Bolton sings "Because You Loved Me" to help the women guess Gabriel's identity
Supermodel Tyson Beckford is looking for an adventurous woman who has a great sense of humor. Tyson has spent a lot of time on runways showing off clothes and asks the women to describe an outfit they would feel most confident in while Michael Bolton performs a parody of "Let's Stay Together." Meanwhile, "Baywatch" and "Singled Out" actress Carmen Electra expresses she is into "vibes." Carmen asks the potential suitors to describe their vibe in one sentence. Michael Bolton sings "Ain't No Sunshine" to help the suitors guess Carmen's identity.
Actor and comedian David Koechner spills that he asks many questions on a first date and is looking for kindness in a woman. David asks the contestants to describe themselves in one sound while Michael Bolton performs a witty rendition of "To Make You Feel My Love." Meanwhile, Rashad Jennings, NFL running back and winner of "Dancing with the Stars" season 24, describes his ideal woman as goofy enough to laugh at herself. Rashad reveals he is studying to be a therapist and asks the woman to give relationship advice. Michael Bolton sings "Fly Me to the Moon" to help the women guess Rashad's identity.
"Saturday Night Live" star Chris Kattan asks the women what they would bring to a deserted island to WOW him while Michael Bolton performs a hysterical version of "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You." Meanwhile, comedian Margaret Cho from "Drop Dead Diva" explains she is looking for someone open-minded and is interested in a soul connection whether that may be with a man or woman. Cho asks contestants what is something they wish they cared less about, and Michael Bolton sings "Someone You Loved" to help the contestants guess her identity.
