Utaban is a long-running Japanese music variety show. The hosts, Masahiro Nakai and Ishibashi Takaaki interview many famous Japanese idols. Occasionally on the show, the idols and the hosts will engage in funny conversations, play unusual games, and more.

The name of the show is an abbreviation of uta bangumi, or "Music Program". There is also a special version of the show which runs for two hours. It's called Tokuban, which is an abbreviation for tokubetsu bangumi, or "Special Program".
