Next Episode of The Book of Pooh is
not planed. TV Show was canceled.
A new Disney version of the classic children's stories about Winnie the Pooh and his friends. Rather than the animated versions of the past, this series is done entirely in a puppet format. In it, Tigger bounces, Piglet worries, Eeyore glooms, and Pooh just tries to get a tummy full of honey.
Review panelists said, "State of the art fusion of modernized Bunraku/tabletop-style performing with 3-D interactive computer graphic sets, fed live to puppeteers as they work. All this technology aimed to wards realizing sweet, traditional characters in a setting rife with references to the literature. Traditional Winnie the Pooh and friends confront their daily challenges in the Hundred Acre Wood, which is actually a pop-up book."
How Pooh Got His Start
The Featurette, "When Pooh Was Very Young," shares rare photographs, home movies, and audio clips of the real Christopher Robbin and the real Winnie the Pooh. It explains how a little boy playing with his toys inspired the books and why Walt Disney decided to make the first animated movie in the series, Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day.
Fun Fact: Christopher Robbin Milne first called his favorite toy bear, "Edward." It was renamed Winnie the Pooh, after a visit to the London Zoo to see the popular American Black Bear, "Winnie."
Theme Song
Tum Tuddley Tee now
Who could that be now?
Humming a melody
Could it be who there?
Maybe it's Pooh Bear!
Pooh? Why that's me!
He's Winnie the Pooh
Come and find me
He's Winnie the Pooh
He's in the book
He's Winnie the Pooh
(Ya' needn't remind me)
Everyone knows he's
Winnie the Pooh
He's Winnie the Pooh
And all my friends here
He's Winnie the Pooh
Come have a look
He's Winnie the Pooh
The fun never ends here
Everyone knows he's
Winnie the Pooh
Winnie the Pooh!
Ending
Now's the time
To close the book
Though we've just begun
It's true
We'll say good-bye
Until another day
Another day with new adventures
On the way
They're on the way
We're on our way
So off we go
We won't be far
We'll be waiting here for you
With hills to run
And higher trees to climb
And someone there to catch you
In the nick of time
So it's goodbye for now
Goodbye for now (Goodbye)
To all of of you (To you)
We'll meet again
When you all come
Into the Book of Pooh.

Rabbit: Rabbit is very wise. He thinks about stuff, before he actually does, to keep out of danger. This usually helps Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger. One of Rabbit's favorite hobbies is gardening, something that he is good at, but is always ruined by someone or something. He took care of a young bird, Kessie, when she needed it and they became very good friends.

(Catchphrase: Not that I expected ya' to notice me anyway)
Kessie: Kessie is the blue bird. She is sort of new to the Hundred Acre Woods. Rabbit found her, and took care of her. She made friends with everyone in the Hundred Acre Woods, and one of her good friends is Rabbit.
Kanga: Kanga is the motherly kangaroo to Roo, and the rest of the Hundred Acre Woods' pals. She is always helpful to others. Kanga, comforts everyone & helps them when they are feeling weakened.
