A dynamic duo, sisters Erika and Shanya, need to move from chilly Sitka, Alaska to "Hotlanta" Georgia to start new jobs. Leaving the snowy north, the sisters bring a long wish list that doesn't seem to line up with their budget. Searching for a good fit, their agent Chenell, aka "The Brick Flipper," shows the sisters a series of houses that never quite meet their wants. Every house is a new adventure, but each seems to disappoint in a new and different way. With the clock ticking down on the last day, Chenell attempts a Hail Mary. But can she find the sisters their dream house before they need to fly out the following day?

Retired drill sergeants Bernadette and Chris are on a mission fueled by love of family. Aiming to get the best medical care possible for Bernadette's mother, and to build a nest where their young children can flourish, the couple takes the Texas housing market by storm. In a whirlwind of house tours, they find several they love. But that's where the sparks start to fly. Fortunately, Margaret is rooted in this quaint community and will do whatever it takes to bring this family home.

Their orders are to relocate from sunny southern California to the swamplands of Sneads Ferry, North Carolina. With military precision, they join their agent and friend Sam on a whirlwind operation, heading into a market where houses are snatched up almost as fast as they're listed. But as the pressure mounts, sparks start to fly between husband and wife over which house is the best fit for their family. Will their top choices fall into other hands, or can they come to terms in time to get the house they need?
