A young business lawyer in a prestigious Parisian firm, Roxane sees her life turned upside down when her husband, a partner in the firm, is accused of rape. Brought back in spite of herself to the city of her childhood, she will try to rebuild herself as a criminal lawyer at the Bobigny court.
Roxane begins her new career as a criminal lawyer in Bobigny. Bilal leads a dangerous double game, he is threatened both by the Boutaleb who are planning reprisals against Roxane, and by Captain Morand who could reveal their deal concerning Rudy. Roxane attends a search of Rudy's house with Judge Bokobza and Morand. They find all the paraphernalia of a drug dealer there. But Roxane also discovers a video which calls into question the ethics of Captain Morand.
Morand organizes a vast police operation in the city. All these searches are not to the taste of the Boutalebs, in the middle of a deal with a very large buyer and hold Bilal responsible. Roxane is preparing to plead for the annulment of the proceedings against Rudy and obtains the release of her client, she also begins to realize Bilal's double-dealing.
Although out of prison, Rudy no longer gives any sign of life to Roxane who is worried. Bilal's garage was set on fire: while nothing could come out during the investigation, Karim Boutaleb demanded that Bilal return a cache car that he stored there. Samuel leaves prison and is violent towards Roxane. She finally receives a call from Rudy, but it's a cry for help...
Roxane wants to denounce the Boutalebs for the murder of Rudy. But if she throws them away, she knows that she is putting an end to her career in Bobigny. Bilal offers her an alternative: bring down the Boutalebs by taking them at their own game.
