After learning she needs to be induced two weeks early, Alicia scrambles to put a support system in place and has to lean on her ex-girlfriend. After an alarming phone call with her mom, Maddie reaches out to Randal's mom, Shanarian, for support. At 6 weeks, pregnant Nicki and Mario find out if one or both of their embryos successfully implanted.

Maddie and Randal welcome their baby boy into the world, but complications continue for Maddie. Jessica and Jason are finally comfortable enough to celebrate their pregnancy with a gender reveal party.
