America's Next Top Model (abbreviated ANTM and Top Model) is an American reality television series and interactive competition that premiered on May 20, 2003. It originally aired on UPN, whose merger with The WB created The CW in 2006. The program has aired twenty cycles, and sees several women compete for the title of "America's Next Top Model", providing them with an opportunity to begin their career in the modeling industry. Its premise was originated with supermodel and television personality Tyra Banks, who additionally serves as its executive producer and presenter.
America's Next Top Model employs a panel of three (cycles 13-18, 21) and four (cycles 1-12, 19–20) judges, who critique contestants' progress throughout the competition. The original panel consisted of Banks, Janice Dickinson, Beau Quillian, and Kimora Lee Simmons. The panel currently consists of Banks, Kelly Cutrone, and J. Alexander. The series was among the highest-rated program on UPN, and was the highest-rated show on The CW from 2007 to 2010. Advertisers paid $61,315 per 30-second slot during the 2011–12 television seasons, the highest of any series on The CW. On November 17, 2014, The CW renewed the show for a 22nd cycle. In the special 90-minute cycle 14 debut, 33 semi-finalists compete for a chance to be Tyra's friend but only 13 will make it into the Top Model loft in New York City. The lucky finalists are shocked when special guest Perez Hilton reveals their first challenge is to undergo makeovers! One of the most influential members of the fashion world, André Leon Talley, joins the judges panel alongside Tyra Banks and Nigel Barker.

The girls receive a surprise visit from cycle 3 contestant Toccara Jones, who puts their fashion knowledge to the test. During panel, Wilhelmina Models President Scott Patterson joins the judges, and one girl decides whether she wants to quit the competition.
The girls learn they will be portraying vampires in a tub of blood in this week's photo shoot challenge. Meanwhile, back at their NYC loft, screaming and yelling escalates to an all-time high between two of the girls.
This week the girls pose with comedian Ross Mathews ("The Tonight Show" and "Chelsea Lately") before heading to NYC's garment district to be completely transformed in faux fashion wardrobe (1406).
This week's photo challenge finds the girls striking a pose while on board a New York City Subway car. While at panel, judge André Leon Talley offers a blunt critique of one model's outfit (1407).
Guest judge Whitney Port drops by the loft to surprise the girls before they put their personalities to the test during a runway challenge. This week's photo shoot finds the girls posing with big hair (1408).
The final six girls arrive in New Zealand where they learn they will participate in go-sees with six designers. This week's photo shoot finds them all modeling the same dress with a special guest, a sheep!.
Special guest judge and "Lord of the Rings" actress Sarah McLeod welcome the girls to the Hobbiton in New Zealand, where the girls do a quick five-frame photo shoot. During this week's photo shoot, Tyra goes behind the camera with the final five models.
The final four learn that at the end of tonight's episode only two will remain. Judge Andre Leon Talley make a surprise visit to the house to talk with the girls about fashion. This week's shoot finds them in Queenstown, New Zealand where they must be ugly-pretty.
The remaining two contestants do the requisite Covergirl commercial shoot and runway show, this time featuring Anna Sui.
Marshmallows, Catfights, cockroaches and catch phrases are revealed in the never-before-seen footage from Cycle 14.
