Dr. Chris heads to Churchill, Man. for the rescue and release of a wild adult polar bear. Meanwhile, an 800-pound muskox in urgent need of a hoof trim wakes up mid-procedure.
Former movie wolf Gambit isn't eating, and the vet team makes an alarming discovery. Out on the tundra, Dr. Stephen gets between an aggressive male polar bear who threatens a mama bear and her cubs.
New intern vet Dr. Whitney Johnson operates on a rescued peregrine falcon with an injured beak, while Dr. Stephen and C-Jae investigate mysterious scars on injured belugas in the wild.
Dr. Chris is back working to prevent polar bears from getting too close to the town of Churchill, Man. Meanwhile, Jackie and Heather struggle to x-ray an uncooperative harbour seal with a nasty cough.
The team must remove a cyst from the eye of an arctic fox; a new research project designed to help polar bears; the rescue and release of a great horned owl.
It's intern vet Whitney's busiest day yet when she works with Dr. Charlene and Dr. Chris to remove tumours on two rescued grey wolves. Heather helps C-Jae with health checkups on nine rescued polar bears while the rest of the team attempt a tricky hoof trim on a reindeer with dangerous antlers.
Checking on a wild bald eagle that may have been electrocuted; after one of Assiniboine Park Conservancy's youngest polar bears tragically passes away, Jackie and Heather head to Churchill to honor its legacy; helping an injured harbor seal.
Onyx, the only female in Assiniboine Park Conservancy's pack of rescued wolves has a mass on her mammary gland; Dr. Chris and the vet team must rush to remove it.
Dr. Chris is called in to cure a bumblefoot infection in a wild trumpeter swan; Dr. Whitney treats deep scratches on Emile the seal; Dr. Charlene rescues three burrowing owls.
The Conservancy's youngest polar bear gets neutered so he can safely join his fellow bears. Meanwhile, Jackie must say goodbye to the seals, polar bears and her best friend and colleague, Heather.
