Ninja Warrior is one of the biggest shows on the planet – a worldwide phenomenon – and it's coming to Australia. Hosted by Rebecca Maddern, Australian Ninja Warrior will be the ultimate television event to hit our screens in 2017. From 3000 hopefuls only 250 of the very best have been given the opportunity to take on the biggest and most challenging outdoor sports course in the world. Set on the mythical "Ninja Island", Australian Ninja Warrior will be the ultimate test of strength, stamina and mental toughness. Who will be the first Australian Ninja Warrior?
New Ninjas, new obstacles and a new location, this season is bigger than ever before. Heat one features six brand new obstacles including The Double Warped Wall.
It's heat two and the course changes up again. New contenders to take on the course include Raphaela Wiget and former-Wallaby Nathan Charles and pro-netballer Verity Charles.
50 everyday Aussies will take on the toughest obstacle course in the world with the goal of making it through the obstacles, up a Warped Wall and into the Semi Finals.
Tonight is heat four, with only the Top 18 Ninjas progressing through to the Semi Finals. Among the newcomers tonight, two of the show's biggest fans Todd Smith and Nathan Burley.
Tonight is the final heat – and the final opportunity for the Ninjas to claim their place in the Semi Final.
Tonight, is the first of three Semi Finals. 30 Ninjas compete for a spot in the Grand Final.
The course is nearly twice as long as the heats, with nine seriously tough obstacles.
Tonight is the last Semi Final, with the top 10 Ninjas claiming the remaining spots in the Grand Final.
