Facing away from each other, back-to-back, these two men quickly progress through the chile relleno recipe. As Flay barks out directions, Shane scrambles to follow. Can Shane beat Bobby Flay at his own game? Probably not. But, it's fun to watch him try to keep up in this fast-paced cooking challenge.

French chef Daniel Boulud challenges amateur cook Jessica to keep up with him as they try to make Tunisian brik pastry in 15 minutes with their backs to each other.
