Next Episode of Bargain Block New Orleans is
unknown.
In Bargain Block New Orleans Keith and Evan will take their successful business model south for the winter to help communities restore abandoned homes to their former glory. The richly historic city will present unique restoration challenges for the couple, including repairing hurricane-damaged properties, bee infestations and strict construction codes that are vastly different from Detroit. Fortunately, Shea is always a phone call or a short flight away to help Keith and Evan when tricky business decisions arise, as are a few new local friends who will help the duo navigate the city's wild ways.
In the series premiere, Keith and Evan will purchase their first property—a pricey Seventh Ward double, or duplex, with an uneven foundation, terrible floorplan and shocking bee infestation. After seeking advice from their friend, lifetime Detroit resident and real estate expert Shea Hicks-Whitfield, the duo will add value by building a second story, converting one side into a rental and salvaging the exterior's historical charm.
Armed with experience flipping decrepit Detroit houses, Keith and Evan expand their business to New Orleans. They're looking to finish renovating the renter's half of a dilapidated duplex, but their budget soon spirals out of control.
With lessons learned from their first flip in New Orleans, Keith and Evan bring the energy of the city to their second project and look to incorporate Mardi Gras spirit into the rental side of a decrepit duplex.
Keith and Evan are forced to dig themselves out of a financial hole after losing money on their first flip in NOLA. Now, they aim to turn a dilapidated double into a traditional treasure by incorporating all the grandeur elements found in the Big Easy.
The pressure's on as Keith and Evan take on their third and final duplex in the Big Easy. They're looking to weave two of the city's major influences on opposing sides of the house, à la Marie Antoinette for the owner's side, and Jazz on the renter's.
