Bellie has to say a poem in school and his tummy feels funny thinking about it. Together with the Forest Kids he learns to tap, tap, tap his troubles away.
Everybody feels grumpy sometimes, especially Whizz when she doesn't get enough sleep! There's only one thing to do, the Sunshine Spread!
Poor Bellie sprains his paw and can't play with Whizz or the Forest Kids. When they make him a special present, he realises just how much he is loved.
