Next Episode of Better Off Ted is
not planed. TV Show was canceled.
Better Off Ted is a satirical office comedy about successful good guy, Ted Crisp, who runs research and development at Veridian Dynamics, a company with a morally questionable approach to its employees. Whether it's standing by a memo with a typo that encourages employees to now (as opposed to not) use offensive language with each other, to championing interoffice dating based on DNA matching to save money on health care, Veridian is a company that puts its bottom line first and employees last. Ted's a single dad to a seven year old girl, and he loves his job, but he's starting to take a closer look at the company's extremely dubious practices.
Veridian tries to play matchmaker for its employees, but the motives are less than altruistic. Ted's and Linda's matches cause friction between the two, and Veronica finds out that she's matched up with Lem.
Rose has inside information about pending company layoffs; Linda sells her first children's book; Lem embarks on an affair with a company lawyer.
A visit from his mother leaves Lem feeling more intimidated than usual as she strikes up an affair with Dr Bhamba. Meanwhile, Ted and Linda argue over who gets full credit for the long lasting light bulb idea.
Veronica's personal life begins to interfere with her work and Ted, ignoring his own advice, is forced to intervene. In the laboratory, a single red lab coat causes confusion amongst the scientists.
Ted and Linda are falsely accused of sexual harassment, and Veronica's solution only makes matters worse. Meanwhile, Phil and Lem find out there is no such thing as a technological farm when their robotic chemical spill technician is replaced by a human.
Veronica knows an opportunity when she sees one, and the sudden death of a Veridian employee is just that. Lem is no better - he'll do anything to boost his popularity.
Ted struggles with an overly talkative security guard who worships him and wants to be his best friend. Meanwhile, a terrified Phil and Lem face the prospect of working alone with Veronica for the first time.
A new corporate memo causes all Veridian employees to insult their colleagues, Ted tries to prove that he's not over-controlling on an MRE project, and Veronica suddenly feels uncontrollable guilt over her last promotion.
Veronica, Ted and Linda work closely to oust a company rival and Linda proves she can be bad. Meanwhile, Ted can't decide when to take the high road or the low road.
Ted romances a German executive using a Veridian Translator, but it's Phil's voice that does the talking. Meanwhile, Veronica challenges Linda at the Bagel Game.
Ted gets his brother a job selling lab supplies, and Phil and Lem go overboard buying items they don't need. Veronica is set to receive an award from the Veridian Foundation to help raise money for a charity she doesn't know about.
Veronica is suspicious that Ted might be using his daughter Rose to bond with the boss and his daughter in an effort to advance his own career. Meanwhile, Phil and Lem's tentative friendship with Linda doesn't go well when a new invention at Veridian catches Linda telling lies.
