The Biker Mice From Mars are back, several years after their wars with Laurence Limburger and the Plutarkians in the original 1990's animated series, the three Mice are rolling into Chicago once more on a mission to recover the Regenerator, a device that can restore the water to the depleted planet of Mars, and sustain the Martian race before they fall prey to the evil forces of The Catatonian armada, led by the nefarious General Hairball and the true power behind the throne, Hairball's second in command Cataclysm

With their return comes new problems, a ruthless land developer named Ronald Rump is in possession of The ReGenerator, and is using it to make the Earth a profitable planet sized Holiday resort./ Reunited with Human Mechanic Charley, Throttle, Vinnie, and Modo battle the Catatonians in an attempt to preserve their world and show the kittens Mice have claws too.
