Gym bunny Rob - the self-confessed palest guy in London - wants a full-body bronzing; and Joe needs to lose the hairy rug on his back before his summer holiday. Hairdressers Daniel and Nathan, beauticians April and Melissa, make-up artist Alex, and cosmetic doctor Dr Esho are the experts at hand to make sure all beauty fails get nailed.

Other clients include tattooed, pierced and dreadlocked Torz, who needs a subtle new look for her friend's wedding; Ashleigh, who wants to emulate her idol, David Bowie; and Roisin, whose bodged facial tattoo needs surgery.
