Jason and Zolina love their downtown Pittsburgh neighborhood but are done with their cramped 100 year old apartment. Now that a lot on their street up for sale, they are doing a modular build so they can have the home of their dreams without having to move. Justin and Casey are sick of renting a home and giving their money away each month. After years of saving up for a place of their own, they are turning to the prefab world to get the most bang for their buck.
Mike and Tami have 8 kids and no time to spend together, so they are building a prefab log cabin where the family can spend quality time together for generations to come. Jordyn is ready to leave her rental behind and buy her first home, but what is most important to Jordyn is that her new home is eco friendly, so she is turning to the modular world to build a big house with a small carbon footprint.
Angie and Dan need a real family home for their growing boys and only have a month left on their lease. The only way to meet their tight timeline is to build with modular technology. Jim and Lynne are ready to trade their 4000 square foot home in the San Francisco suburbs for a smaller modular home in wine country that is tailored to their lifestyle.
