Competing tonight are former cruise ship workers Victoria and Alex, who own Scream for Pizza in Newcastle. Father-and-daughter duo Jono and Anya represent Pizza Cabina in Cornwall. Devinder and George serve Italian-Indian fusion pizzas at their East West takeaway in London. Married couple Mamadou and Gaby from Lucky Mama's in Manchester specialise in square pizzas, and finally, from Stefani's Pizzeria, it's Nico and Martin who serve authentic Italian pizzas all the way from Blackpool.

Representing Hertfordshire are owner Alastair and head chef Edgar of The Mexican in Ware. Finally, serving up their grannies' authentic Mexican dishes are best pals Aldo and Joel from Tacos MX in Fulham.

Hakan and Metin run one of London's first-ever kebab shops, Archway. From Manchester, Cem and Anna run vegan kebab shop What the Pitta. Hope and Annie from Hoba in Bristol make Berlin-style kebabs, and finally, representing the north east of England are Abdullah and Mohammed from The Bake One Lounge, who serve top Lebanese kebabs in Newcastle.

Competing tonight from Scotland are two noodle takeaways, Glasgow-based Ramen Dayo, run by former DJ Paul and chef Coney, and Edinburgh favourite Ikigai Ramen, owned by Gabriel and Michael. Representing Humberside are Gary and Scott, who run Sumo Pan Asian in Beverley. From Wales come husband-and-wife team Chris and April from Bangkok Express in Swansea. Finally, bringing their unique noodle-making skills are chef Gheorghe and owner Walter of Noodlesta in Leeds.
