Celebrity Squares (UK)

Celebrity Squares was a noughts and crosses style quiz using nine celebrities seated on an 18 foot high board in rows of three, making the square grid. Contestants had to decide whether a statement made by a celebrity was true or false and by guessing correctly lighting up one of the squares on the board. Hosted by Bob Monkhouse ["It's Bob and the Big Box Game"] and between 1975-78 Kenny Everett was the man providing the voice overs. The series ran in the mid-1970s and returned for three series 1994-1996 again hosted by Bob Monkhouse.
