Chef Jason Trinh of JEM Social and Chef Billy Horner of Rustic Table face off in a Big Bad Brunch Challenge. Both swapping chefs will try to bring home the bacon (and eggs) as they compete for the coveted Chef Swap knife.
Tee off for a culinary challenge like no other on Chef Swap at the Beach as Chef Martin Graham from Pine Lakes Country Club and Chef Kenny Adams from Wild Wing Golf Course swap kitchens to craft the ultimate three-course country club dining experience. With perfectly paired wines, these chefs will aim for a hole-in-one with their gourmet creations.
Chefs Paul Kelly Renault from Chive Blossom and Steve Brown from The Brentwood will swap kitchens and create culinary masterpieces using all of the fresh, local ingredients in our farmer's market basket.
Swapping chefs, Kamal Fraser from Caribbean Jerk and Aquib Ahmed from Bombay at the Beach, will be bringing all their spices to the table as they are challenged to create a masterpiece using ingredients from our special tropical fruit basket in this flavorful face-off.
