Childrens Hospital is a satirical American comedy television series and web series that parodies the medical drama genre, created by and starring actor/comedian Rob Corddry. The series began on the web on TheWB.com with ten episodes, roughly five minutes in length, all of which premiered on December 8, 2008. Adult Swim picked up the rights to the show in 2009 and began airing episodes in 2010.
The storyline centers on the staff of Childrens Hospital, a children's hospital named after Dr. Arthur Childrens. The hospital sporadically (and usually without reason) is mentioned as being located within Brazil, despite making virtually no effort to conceal that the series is shot in Los Angeles, California. Corddry is part of an ensemble cast portraying the hospital's doctors, which also includes Lake Bell, Erinn Hayes, Rob Huebel, Ken Marino and Megan Mullally. Malin Åkerman and Henry Winkler joined the cast for season two. Previously recurring Zandy Hartig and Brian Huskey were upped to series regulars in season five. (source: en.wikipedia.org)

Glenn's attempt to put on a show for the troops is curtailed by a plane crash. Owen volunteers to play the trumpet because he think he is in a time loop with infinite time to learn how to play.
Cat's wedding is interrupted by a murder, and Owen must solve the mystery.
Owen reminisces about his imaginary friends to the amusement of the staff. Cat suddenly yearns for motherhood.
Lola is selected to go on a special mission and she must decide whether to leave her friends behind.
Sy has an idea for old fashioned day at the base but things get out of hand when a boy gets sick.
Owen changes his hair style which upsets everyone and leads to retaliation to teach him a lesson. Glenn confesses the secret to his surgical skills.
A visit from a hospital critic coincides with Sy putting on a wine tasting event and Owen agreeing to cover for Glenn that leads to trouble for all.
When Blake is kidnapped, no one will help except Owen, who interrupts his television show to help his fellow doctor.
Blake reveals multiple stories of drama at the army base, including Glenn and Cat's unrequited love for each other, and Derrick Childrens desire to regain control of Childrens Hospital from Sy.
