Corneil & Bernie

Corneil is a dog who has an incredible gift: he is capable of speaking perfect English and he has an IQ higher than some of the most intellectual individuals in the world. However, his fear of being tossed inside of a laboratory and being experiments on has caused him to decide to keep his gift a secret from the world, though when a dog-sitter named Bernie Barges inadvertently discovers his secret, the two become best of friends when Bernie agrees not to tell anybody about what Corneil can do. However, Bernie’s desire for fame causes him to exploit Corneil’s abilities in certain situations, though through both thick and thin, Corneil and Bernie enjoy one another’s company and they spend most of their time together.
