Tracy wakes up naked and hungover, and realises she has cheated on Steve. As she and her latest flame row in the street, Amy approaches and realises with horror who her mum has spent that night with. There's a stand-off at the factory as the events of Christmas Day overshadow the new year.
As Josh's trial begins, painful memories resurface, and Jade takes Hope to A&E to have her arm looked at. On Steve's behalf, Emma quizzes Amy, wondering why she's so unhappy at home. Ray calls at the garage and is impressed to discover Abi's a mechanic, until he finds out she's also an ex-con.
David gets cross-examined in the witness box, and Fiz realises that Hope has been telling more lies. Elsewhere, Steve confronts Tracy with Amy's allegations.
A social worker brings worrying news for Fiz and Tyrone.áMeanwhile, Bertie's injections prove an ordeal for Daniel, and David wills Shona to defy the odds.
Fiz gets caught breaking the rules, while Chesney and Gemma take the quads to a glamorous photo shoot. Elsewhere, Leanne learns of Tracy's secret fling, but it remains to be seen whether she tells Steve.
Fiz and Tyrone are questioned about the Christmas Day shootings. Meanwhile, Dev orders Chesney to make a choice, and Tracy's explanation shocks Leanne.
Sally's hot tub hosts an awkward reunion for Tracy, while Gemma and Chesney discover they are easily replaceable. Elsewhere, Aggie explains her change of career to Roy.
Tracy confesses all to a horrified Steve, and Bernie's meddling sends Dev into a rage. Meanwhile, Cathy confides in Brian about her concerns for Yasmeen.
Fiz goes back to the police and reveals how she unwittingly bought a gun as part of a house clearance, it disappeared and she panicked. Cathy quizzes Yasmeen about her cleaning obsession, and Aggie confides in Ed that she's considering returning to nursing.
Cathy confides in Brian how she witnessed Geoff being nasty to Yasmeen, and a tearful Fiz concedes that she'll stay in a B&B so the girls can return home. In an attempt to rebuild their marriage, Steve gets down on one knee and asks Tracy to re-marry him.
When Brian expresses his concerns for Yasmeen to Geoff, he's quietly seething and makes out that Yasmeen is an alcoholic. David is relieved when the consultant confirms that Shona is slowly emerging from her coma, and Nina warms to Roy when he chats about Hayley.
Yasmeen listens in disbelief as Peter talks about alcoholism and invites her to join him at one of his meetings. Fiz apologises to David for unwittingly bringing a loaded gun onto the street. Bernie confides in Sean how she's been posing as a 14-year-old boy online to get justice for Paul.
David's thrilled when Shona regains consciousness and tries to speak, until it becomes clear she doesn't recognise him. Paul's horrified when Sean reveals Bernie's plan, and Geoff suggests Yasmeen should steer clear of Speed Daal for a while as she might be tempted to have a drink.
Realising he's been set up by Bernie, Kel makes a grab for her phone. Jade confronts Fiz in the street, and tells her she never intended for her to lose her kids, but she's only got herself to blame. Over their game of chess, Roy puts pressure on Nina to move in.
Tyrone and Evelyn are shocked when Ruby reveals that Jade put the bruises on Hope's arm with make-up, while Billy urges Paul to accept that Kel may never be punished for his crimes and to move on with his life. As an exhausted Gemma takes a nap with the quads, someone pushes a burning rag through the letterbox and a fire quickly takes hold.
Fiz returns home following Hope's disclosure, and Christine questions Jade, but she sticks to her story, accusing the flame-haired mum of abusing her daughter. Chesney arrives home to find flames licking at the door, David seeks Max's understanding, and when Kevin makes a snide remark about her landing herself a sugar daddy, Abi storms out.
Tyrone and Fiz are horrified to discover the back door unlocked and Hope gone. Tim's shocked to find Charlie on his doorstep, and she tells him he can forget about the divorce as she cannot afford the legal fees. Bethany is gutted when Alya reveals that Ray has made her the bistro's new manager.
Fiz shows the police the passports and ferry tickets, convinced Jade has abducted Hope. Carla tells an appalled Bethany how Ray made Michelle sign a gagging order, and Charlie returns to No 4 with her bags and explains she's been evicted.
Yasmeen finds Jade lying unconscious in the ginnel, and Fiz looks like the prime suspect. Charlie tells Tim how much cash she wants before she will sign any divorce papers. Bethany discusses career options with Daniel, but he suggests she might be best to leave Weatherfield altogether.
The police wonder if Fiz can shed any light on Jade's assault, Daniel panics as he takes Bertie's temperature, and Bernie tells Paul that she is moving on. Meanwhile, Tim's plan to send Charlie on her way doesn't work out as planned when he finds her working at the Rovers.
Daniel discovers Bertie barely conscious in his cot and urges Peter to call an ambulance. When Charlie reveals she's moving into the Rovers, a stressed Tim begs Abi to help him come up with a way to get rid of her. And Maria insists Gary should go to Bristol without her.
As Beth rails at Daniel for endangering Bertie's life, he hangs his head in shame. In an attempt to get the babies off to sleep, Chesney suggests to Gemma that they take them for a walk, and Tim tries to convince Charlie she's wasted in the Rovers.
When Maria suffers a dizzy spell and tells Ali she's bleeding, he insists on driving her to hospital for a scan. Gemma and Chesney are furious when they realise they've been removed from a marketing campaign, and Daniel thanks Bethany for helping him through such a terrible ordeal.
Ali struggles to comfort Maria as she reveals how she lost a baby 11 years ago and can't bear to go through it again. Imran advises a furious Gemma that there's nothing she can do about Freshco's advertising decisions. Sarah tells Bethany to tread carefully with Daniel.
Maria is shocked to hear that Daniel failed to have Bertie vaccinated, while Sally returns and is horrified to realise everyone knows Tim's a bigamist. As Alya assures Yasmeen that her drinking is fine, Geoff does his best to undermine her confidence.
After waking from a nap, Daniel confuses Bethany for Sinead, and kisses her. Geoff continues to spread lies about Yasmeen's drinking, while Steve and Tracy are railroaded into attending Ken's book club as part of their relationship-building exercise.
Geoff is fuming when his trick does not work, and Maria explains to Liam she has lost the baby. When a dishevelled Nina calls in at the cafe. Roy's pleased to see her while Carla is concerned.
Tim is surprised to see his dad can't see the funny side over the botched trick, and Gary assures Maria that he wants to be with her, baby or not. Steve and Tracy decide it's time to be honest with each other, and Sarah warns Bethany to tread carefully after sleeping with Daniel.
Geoff leaves Yasmeen locked in a magic box, and Roy is perplexed when Beth says she caught Nina going through the factory bins. Tim tries to worm his way back in with Sally by playing the track from their first wedding dance through the letterbox.
Eileen quizzes Brian and Cathy about Yasmeen's supposed drink problem, while Roy and Carla are worried to discover Nina moved out of her flat weeks ago. Sally looks over Tim's divorce papers and is then bemused to find a mock-up invitation for her own wedding.
In the 10,000th episode, Rita is surprised when a parcel arrives containing Dennis's ashes and a note requesting she scatter them in Blackpool. Jenny books a coach and invites many of the residents to join them, but the trip is not without incident. By the end of the jaunt, lives will have changed and one resident realises the time has come to leave the cobbles for pastures new.
Bethany warns Alya that Ray is probably trying to get her into bed, an exhausted David crashes while taking the kids to the school play, and Eileen calls in the factory, hoping to apply for the Customer Services job.
Having downloaded Ray's legal files, Bethany and Daniel find a list of names including Michelle's with an asterisk next to them. David, Max and Lily extract themselves from the car wreckage, while Eileen and Alina are interviewed for the Underworld job.
Ray tries to convince Alya that he did not have designs on her, and David is devastated when the doctor reveals Shona does not want to see him. When Alina reveals that she's looking for somewhere to live, Seb suggests to Emma that she could move in with them.
Abi is shocked to hear the allegations about Ray, while Maria hands David her keys, telling him she would like him to have her car. Ryan hands Gary an envelope full of cash and confirms it's the last of his debt collections.
Maria voices her suspicions to Ali about Gary, while Tim, Sally and Abi discuss the online article exposing Ray as a sex pest. Beth tears a strip off Daniel and Bethany for jumping into bed together when Sinead's only been dead a few months.
Maria confronts Gary about his shady dealings, Abi turns up at the charity gala with a plan, while Daniel tells the Rovers regulars that he and Bethany are now an item. Elsewhere, Sarah and Adam broach the subject of their wedding with David.
Ray tells Abi he's reported her to the police for stealing his car and torching it. Knowing the house to be empty, James takes Danny back to No 3 and leads him up the stairs. And Gemma's horrified to realise the Freshco photoshoot clashes with Aled's hearing appointment.
Ali calls at Maria's flat and begs her to give their relationship a chance, convinced she feels the same way about him. Gemma tells Chesney that Frescho will have to reschedule the photoshoot as Aled's doctor's appointment is far more important, and it looks like Ed may discover Danny and James's relationship.
James finally plucks up the courage and tells Ed that he is gay, while DC Holden calls at the garage and drags Kevin in for further questioning. Maria admits to Carla that she slept with Ali again, but she deeply regrets it and wants to be with Gary.
Tara tells Chesney that he's trashed the Freshco's brand and she's terminating their contract, Ed is convinced that Danny has corrupted James, and Maria tells a thrilled Gary that she'd love to marry him.
Chesney panics when Joseph goes missing, and Gemma is devastated when the audiologist confirms Aled has profound permanent hearing loss in both ears. Ali begs Maria not to marry Gary. After spending the night with Kevin, Abi's cautious about confusing Jack, and Adam's not pleased to learn that Sarah's invited the whole factory to their wedding.
An upbeat James looks forward to meeting Danny later, Bethany tells Sarah she believes Ray is blocking all her attempts to get restaurant jobs, and when Ray gets Abi alone in the garage he reveals that a friend's dashcam footage shows her stealing his car.
Sarah informs Beth that Bethany will be starting work at the factory tomorrow and she expects her to be made welcome, Danny tells James he doesn't want to continue seeing him, and as Kevin awaits Abi's arrival for tea he is shocked to find Ray on his doorstep.
Kevin confesses to Tyrone that he's being blackmailed by Ray, Gemma attends a baby senses class with the quads, and Peter calls at No.1 with the intention of telling Ken that he no longer wants the house.
Sarah implores Bethany not to let her feelings for Daniel stand in the way of her career, Vanessa suggests Gemma should come to her baby yoga class, and Tyrone is furious with Kevin for putting their business in jeopardy to help Abi.
Geoff returns home and rails at Yasmeen for failing to have his dinner on the table, and when she explains she was cleaning out the chicken coop and lost track of time, his mood darkens. Sally invites Kevin round for dinner with Abi before heading off to Sarah's hen night and leaving them to sort out their differences, and Tracy urges Steve to up their offer on the house in the hope that it'll top Peter's bid.
Daniel bags up Sinead's belongings for Beth. Alya seeks the true story behind Yasmeen's tears. Sarah and Bethany remain at loggerheads.
The Barlows and Platts convene for Adam and Sarah's wedding. Yasmeen's absence sends Geoff into a panic. Jade gets short shrift from Tyrone.
Daniel resolves to prove his devotion to Bethany. Tyrone's act of kindness misleads Jade. Geoff offers to pay for Sally and Tim's wedding.
Bethany realises the time has come to leave Weatherfield. Tyrone and Fiz unite against Jade. Adam dupes Ali into revealing his fling with Maria.
At Carla's instigation, Roy agrees to take Nina bat-watching with him, while Gary bumps into an old acquaintance. Elsewhere, Craig decides to take up running, and Aggie sets off for her first day back in a nursing job.
Gary asks Sharon to teach Ali a lesson, and a reporter asks James about rumours regarding his sexuality circulating on social media. Roy's fellow bat-watchers are horrified by Nina's attire and deeply suspicious of her motives.
A terrified Gary leaves a message for Sharon telling her that if Ali dies, she is to blame, and James receives a worrying text from his manager. Roy resigns from the bat-watching group after some of the members' remarks about Nina's dress sense.
Ali assures Ryan that Gary, or someone hired by Windass, must have spiked his drink, and Alya confronts Geoff about her belief he is behind the nasty online reviews for Speed Daal. Aggie reveals that they've had several calls from newspapers wanting to get James's side of the story.
James lies to his Manager and Press Officer and assures them he is not gay, and Ali takes Maria on a terrifying car ride. Meanwhile, Nina wonders if Roy's ashamed to be seen with her after claiming the meeting with the bat group has been cancelled.
Geoff tries to persuade Yasmeen that Alya is out to get him, while Gary convinces Maria that he did nothing to provoke Ali and that the guy is a maniac. Audrey worries that Ken is being railroaded into moving to Stillwaters against his will, and Imran puts pressure on Toyah to find a new job.

News of a family wedding gives Alya the chance she needs to get Yasmeen away from Geoff. The only problem is, they are not invited. Bernie forces Gemma to seek medical help, Evelyn summons Claudia for another makeover and Charles is outraged to discover Ken has smuggled Eccles the dog into his apartment.
An argument in the Rovers turns to blows when David accuses Seb of being jealous of his friendship with Alina - and when Emma realises her boyfriend still has feeling for his ex, she tells him to find somewhere else to stay. Gemma plays down her depression and assures the doctor she is just exhausted, leaving Bernie frustrated by her daughter's refusal to accept help. Alya and Ryan tell Yasmeen they have been invited to Zeedan's wedding in Spain. Now all they have to do is tell Geoff, who is not on the guest list.
Aadi reads the group chat and flies into a rage, blaming Asha for letting herself be recorded. Asha cries off from volunteer work as she can't bear to face her peers. Still avoiding Scott, Johnny arranges for Carla and Peter to move into the Rovers so that he and Jenny can both go to France. Sally takes a fancy to an expensive wedding dress. Tim promises to buy it for her, even though it means finding £2,000. Tracy tells Dev that Aadi bragged about swiping a bottle of vodka from the shop. Kirk prepares to join Beth and Daniel in Scotland. Ken finds out from a contact at the bank that his fine was paid into a personal current account - Charles's. Dev grounds the twins when they deny taking the vodka but forces them to join the volunteers cleaning up Victoria Gardens. Arriving there, Mary puts the twins to work with Amy, Summer and Kelly. The laughter of the other children upsets a paranoid Asha. Ahead of the vote, Ken makes Charles squirm by inviting him to match his promise to publish details of the Residents' Association's finances. He then denounces Charles as a fraud, announcing to the crowd that their money has been lining his pockets. Lost for words for once, Charles walks out of the room. Amy tries to assure Asha that her video is just a five-minute wonder. Aadi pummels one of the other lads to the ground when he makes suggestive remarks about Asha. Asha is hurt when Aadi calls her a slag. Abi suggests that Tim sell Tiny to raise the money for Sally's dress. Ken is elected chairperson with 36 votes to Charles's 18. Charles is nowhere to be seen when the result is declared. Ken finds the victory hollow and stands down during his opening speech, appointing Norris as acting chair. The Connors worry about leaving Carla to look after Scott when she can't cook. Nevertheless, Johnny books the flights for France. He's caught off-guard when Scott enters the Rovers and they come face-to-face. Norris starts to like Stillwaters as everyone hangs on his every word. Ken admits to Claudia that he's homesick for Coronation Street. Amy urges Asha to tell Dev everything. Asha is horrified when someone sends her a link to her video on a porn site.
Yasmeen receives a shocking diagnosis from Dr Gaddas, leading Geoff to immediately accuse her of infidelity, while Dev makes matters worse for Asha, who begs him to withdraw his complaints. Gary warns Claire that if Rick finds out she has been pocketing his cash, he is likely to kill her.
Geoff checks the secret security camera feed on his phone and is intrigued to see Yasmeen stuffing clothes into a holdall and locking it in a cupboard by the stairs. When Summer explains to Billy that Kelly's mum has abandoned her, he agrees to let her stay at their flat, while Dev agrees to phone the school and try to withdraw his complaint.
Matters come to a head between Geoff and Yasmeen after another traumatic series of events, which begin with Geoff locking his long-suffering partner in the house having first confiscated her phone.
Yasmeen begins to see the light as she waits to enter her plea, while Sally tells Tim that she is not sure of Geoff's innocence and would like him to move out. Adam quizzes Kelly about her dad and finds out some intriguing information, and Gary does his own investigation work with the help of a PI to try to find Kelly's mum.
Tracy persuades a reluctant Leanne that they should have a family day out at the petting zoo as it would do Oliver good. Daniel heads to a hotel where he meets Nicky, Carla sets about decorating the Rovers for VE Day, and Seb plucks up the courage to tell Alina that he still has feelings for her.
David is amused when Shona steals Ray's wallet and explains that is how they met, while Daniel opens up to Nicky and tells her about Sinead. Leanne's thrilled to see a flash of the old Oliver at a petting zoo, and Peter is offended when Carla accuses him of beating up Jordan and Chelsey.
Leanne is shocked that Steve has booked a family trip to Cornwall, and David is stunned when Shona leans in for a kiss and suggests they have sex. Toyah joins Evelyn and Nina on their protest, while Seb and Alina agree to meet for a drink as mates.
Yasmeen is stunned by Geoff's latest move, while Imran tentatively broaches the subject of fostering with Nick and explains how they've put their plans on hold so as not to upset Leanne. Kevin breaks the news to Abi that the twins are emigrating to Australia, while Aggie implores Grace to think twice before ending her relationship with Michael.
Alya fears that Geoff may win Yasmeen back and Kevin urges Abi to meet up with the twins one last time before they leave for Australia or she will live to regret it. Carla calls in at the factory and admits to Nick that she's bored of pulling pints and feels it's time she got back into the business, while Adam tells Gary it's obvious he's involved in some dodgy deal.
Kevin asks Abi to move in with him and Jack, but, while she is delighted, Seb is angry that she has moved on so quickly from her own kids to Kevin's. Geoff promises Yasmeen that when she comes home, things will be different and he'll seek professional help, while the factory girls are shocked when they realise Carla is once more their boss.
Geoff uses his hospital radio show to talk about how he has forgiven Yasmeen and wants to help her. Abi moves into No 13, and when Adam spots Sinead's cardigan poking out of his bag, Daniel is embarrassed.
Yasmeen phones Geoff with a surprising message, and Adam suspects that Gary has killed Rick. Nicky informs Daniel they could do more than talk for the money he's paying her.
Yasmeen collapses on the first day of her trial, and Gary is concerned by Brian's interest in Beacon Woods because of a potential stash of Roman coins. Meanwhile, Ed worries that Aggie is working far too hard at the hospital.
Yasmeen wakes up after a heart attack, and Brian is annoyed that Bernie found a watch in the woods and sold it to Sarah. Meanwhile, Abi tells Ed that Aggie can use Kevin's car until hers is fixed as the neighbourhood is grateful for putting herself on the front line at the hospital.
Ed is gutted that Aggie has to isolate at a hotel on their 30th wedding anniversary, and Sarah demands to know if Gary killed Rick, before he is hit by a car. Elaine calls Alya and confirms that she's prepared to give evidence against Geoff.
Gary fights for his life, and Adam senses Sarah is lying about her showdown with her ex. Meanwhile, Alya implores Elaine not to leave as she is the only hope of securing Yasmeen's freedom, and Ed sits down to a virtual anniversary dinner with Aggie via video call.

After having his taxi stolen, a shaken Peter gives in to his demons. Meanwhile, Ray attempts to buy Craig's silence over the development, and Todd takes a cynical view of Sean's new venture.
Carla attempts to set Adam and Sarah up by inviting them both to lunch, and hints if all goes well she has a spare hotel room for them for the night. Meanwhile, Todd lands Paul in trouble at Underworld, and Craig feels uneasy at Ray offering Faye a promotion.
Abi confronts Peter in the Rovers' back yard and reveals how Barry let slip that he's been on the whisky. Paul remains oblivious to Todd's manipulations, and Ray warns Craig to keep his mouth shut.
Johnny and Jenny find Peter in the bar, barely conscious, and Carla is alarmed when he is taken to hospital. Meanwhile, Todd's presence shocks an unsuspecting Summer, and Tracy confides her worries to Emma.
Adam and Daniel are horrified to find Peter in Victoria Garden clutching an unopened bottle of whisky. Sean gets the measure of Todd, and Tracy and Emma share their memory box idea with Amy.

On the 60th anniversary of Coronation Street's debut on ITV, the trial verdict leads to a dramatic showdown between Geoff and Alya. Meanwhile, Ken and Abi lead the charge against Ray's demolition, and Carla and Daniel inadvertently fuel Peter's paranoia.
Carla's worst nightmare comes true as Peter puts his life at risk. Meanwhile, Ryan, Sally and Tim take in the scene at Number 6, and Gary finds a distressed Faye locked in Ray's office.
