Dani starts her new job as a probationary EMT; she soon learns of another obstacle that may keep her from God's calling.
Dani gets to know both of the other probationary EMTs and ends up making a grave mistake on one of her first shifts.
Dani and Griffin spend time together outside of work; Duke faces marital problems; Tim saves a celebrity.
Andy makes a serious accusation against Marco; several events cause Dani to lose confidence in herself and her calling.
Dani reconnects with Ashley who helps her heal and the EMS team saves one of their own. Dani, with her new outlook, is challenged with an intense emergency and Scotty must make his final decision.
