In Crazy Cookie Builds, best friends and baking experts who can make just about anything imaginable out of cookie dough work together at the Baking Hive in Salt Lake City, Utah, where they dream up crazy cookie builds and decadent 'tasting treats' to go along with them for a variety of clients.
To celebrate the accomplishments of students in a local elementary school's reading program, Brenda and Elisa design and build a giant "Alphabet Schoolhouse" for the students' party. Then, in honor of a local university football coach's 100th win, Brenda and Elisa are hired to make a large gingerbread replica of the Football stadium. The team surprises the coach when they present him with the crazy build after practice.
Brenda Nibley and Elisa Barber make cookie builds of two different houses for upcoming Christmas parties. First, they make a detailed replica of an historic estate house for a successful advertising executive to share with his guests. Later, they help a customer surprise her mother-in-law with a gingerbread replica of the family home that she designed and built.
Best friends and expert bakers Brenda Nibley and Elisa Barber are tasked with making their most over-the-top, fairy-inspired cookie build to be auctioned off for charity during the Fairy Festival's holiday auction. Later, the ladies come up with a jaw-dropping 3-D work of art for a local gallery wanting something special for the holidays.
Just in time for the holidays, a local zoo asks expert bakers Brenda Nibley and Elisa Barber to create a cookie build that celebrates the arrival of new polar bears. They come up with a whimsical coconut shortbread cookie display surrounded by delicious Mexican wedding cookie "snowballs" for the occasion. Next, they make a detailed citrus gingerbread dollhouse with a vanilla cake "lawn" for a holiday party.
Brenda Nibley and Elisa Barber race toward the holidays after a car-racing team asks them to build a Santa's sleigh racecar made out of chocolate peppermint shortbread surrounded by edible gift boxes. Then the tables are turned as a dad rewards Mr. and Mrs. Claus for speaking to his speech-delayed son in sign language with an edible Christmas tree and cookies from around the world.
