In this episode of Deadly Dinosaurs, Steve gets freaky. He's on a mission to find the weirdest dinosaur ever. He kick-starts with Gigantoraptor - an eight metre tall giant that laid the biggest eggs in history. Then - courtesy of a Monster Truck crash - he meets the miniscule Magyarosaurus.
But that's not freaky enough, so finally he focuses on a dinosaur that headbutted its rivals to death - something Steve's hoping to replicate with the mother of all robots.
In this episode, Steve discovers just what it takes to be a terror from the skies - and it's a wild ride.
He starts by strapping himself into one of Britain's fastest wind tunnels, where he goes head to head against Microraptor. Then he goes green - literally - as he hitches a ride in a stunt plane.
Finally, he takes on the biggest flying animal in history - Hatzegopteryx - where Steve meets another epic blast from the past.
Steve travels to new depths as he discovers just what it takes to be an aquatic terror. His quest sees him rocket though the water in spectacular style - just like an Opthalmosaurus. Then he heads to his very own Jurassic park to chomp through chain with the power of Sarcosuchus. Finally, the fear factor gets cranked to the max as Steve dives into the murky unknown in the hunt for the infamous Predator X.
Steve's on a mission to find dinosaurs that have something a little special... fearsome killers, with incredible abilities! Get ready for a sensory sensation! His quest sees him race in the dark like a Troodon, track prey from miles away taking tips from the Daspletosaurus, and finally he gets his hands on a real life Caiman to show how their pressure pits are just like that of the Spinosaurus. Strap yourself in for a sensory overload!
Steve goes undercover! He is on a mission to unearth the sneakiest dinosaurs that were far deadlier than they first appeared! We're learning new things about even the most notorious dinosaurs and first up Steve meets Sinornithosaurus - a dinosaur hiding a deadly dental secret. He then races a velociraptor in a climbing challenge with a surprising result. Finally, Steve puts Argentinasaurus to the ultimate test to see how earth shattering its stamp really was.
If you thought that dinosaurs were the most dangerous things in the Jurassic, think again. There was actually something way worse and far more deadly.
In this episode, Steve goes on a mission to uncover what was deadlier than the dinosaurs - from massive monsoons and supersized sandstorms to ballistic bacteria and gory gas.
And in an epic finale, Steve ends with a bang as he recreates the dinosaur-killing asteroid impact in an experiment that's second to none.
In this special episode of Deadly Dinosaurs, Steve Backshall looks back at the most awesome experiments over the series and chooses his highlights.
He then uses them to build the ultimate deadly dino and create a crazy hybrid. From ginormous herbivores to fierce scavengers and hunters, which traits would you pick?
The ferocious jaws of the T rex, the brutal weapons of the Stegosaurus, or the imposing size of the Diplodocus?
