Die Ibiza-Affäre

The Viennese lawyer Ramin Mirfakhrai has material that incriminates the FPÖ politician Heinz Christian Strache. When he accidentally meets the shady detective Hessenthaler, a daring idea is born.

Mirfakhrai and Hessenthaler want to set a video trap for Strache. But how can you meet the well-shielded FPÖ politician? A broker, a decoy and Johann Gudenus come into play.

The trap snaps shut: Hessenthaler flies to Ibiza with his decoy, the alleged oligarch's niece. Meanwhile, Gudenus persuades his boss Strache to meet "the Russian".

All attempts to sell the Ibiza video fail - a disaster for Mirfakhrai and Hessenthaler. But the publication by journalists from SZ and Spiegel was followed by a political tremor.
