Welcome to Dirty Jobs, the new series that profiles the unsung workers who make their living in the most unthinkable, yet vital, ways.

Our brave hosts Jo-Beth Taylor and Ben Dark will introduce you to a hardworking group of men and women who overcome fear, danger and sometimes stench and overall ickiness to accomplish their daily tasks. Not ones to just stand by, each week Jo-Beth and Ben will assume the duties of the jobs they're profiling, working alongside ear cleaners, rat catchers, tip scavengers, elephant groomers and septic tank cleaners just to mention a few. These professionals are average folks tackling extraordinary tasks that simply must get done.
