Each week, the Chapmans and their son Leland will fly from their Da Kine Bail Bonds headquarters in Hawaii to various bail bondsmen businesses around the United States as they assist in apprehending criminals. The series will also encompass the group as they improve the bail bondsmen businesses techniques on how to run more efficiently, from the writing of bonds to the tedious task of tracking criminals and technological device training.
After months of training bounty hunters across the US, the Chapmans return to Hawaii to find their own business in need of some TLC. Competitors have capitalized on the Chapmans' absence, Cecily has issued a "pity" bond that has gone missing and a despondent convict seems on the verge of jumping bail unless Dog and Beth act quickly.
Cecily makes good on her $25,000 "pity" bond when she makes the decision to take down the missing fugitive on her own, much to Beth's dismay.
The Chapmans tackle Texas where Dog must confront his past and the arrest that changed his life. Meanwhile, Beth keeps the team focused on keeping their cursing in check and helping Jerry Anglin and the bondsmen of OK Bail Bonds learn the strategies and techniques of fugitive recovery.
The Chapman Team continues their relentless pursuit of one of Jerry's bonds at OK Bail Bonds inTexas. The busts heat up and the Chapmans resume their training of Jerry's guys, while leaving a little time to add a new four-legged member to the Dog team.
Dog and Beth train fellow bondsman and PI Elliot Sondag, helping him track down one of his most elusive fugitives in a gripping 24-hour escapade; the Chapmans try to find a man that Elliot has spent six months chasing.

The Chapmans have their work cut out for them when longtime friend Glenn Strickland asks the team to come to Houston and train his new, recently-married bounty hunters. After a security video reveals just how inept the pair really is, it's back to square one as they re-learn self-defense moves, takedowns and experience a rather personal encounter with a taser.
Having survived Dog and Beth's training exercises, newlyweds Sandra and JJ put their new skills to the test, joining private investigator Elliot Sondag in the field. The young couple tracks an illegal poacher and a mother with a substance abuse problem, all under the watchful eyes of Dog and Beth. Will they keep their jobs? Or will they be looking for new careers?
Armed with a shotgun and possibly holding hostages, Hawaii's Most Wanted Man attempts to outrun the Chapman's and the long arm of the law, putting his own life and those around him in jeopardy.

The Chapmans are called back to Alabama when Gage Huffstutler decides to retire after 40-plus years in the bail bonds business.
Still recovering from the unexpected passing of her husband, Alesia Kyser of A+ Bail Bonds enlists the aid of the Chapmans to help find her missing fugitives before the courts declare their bonds forfeited and she is forced to pay them in full.
