Double Cross follows Erica and Eric Cross two siblings on a quest to save the women in their neighborhood from a sex trafficking ring that's taken over Dr. Erica's hospital emergency room and shaken up the streets ran by "The Heights" Kingpin, Eric. Haunted by their past, the twins set down a path of their unique brand of vigilante justice.
The events of last season have left the Cross siblings in a crisis; once again, they pull each other up from the trenches to continue on their quest to eradicate child trafficking; and this time, they are taking it down from the top.
Dr. Tiffany and Nurse Brian cause turmoil in the Hospital among the staff; Erica finds an attorney to help her sister Robin.
Erica and Eric are blamed for Robin's escape from prison as the three siblings learn the identity of Gemini Cross; Nurse Brian's fears come to a head as a mysterious man named Cade enters town, terrorizing anyone in his path.
Eric searches for Keenya, having to go to Benny; Erica confronts Dr. Tiffany about the attempted murder on her twin brother; Gemini must stop Cade from destroying the siblings for disrupting his trafficking operations in the Heights.
Tanya gets her groove back with a younger man. Erica proves she is her brother's keeper and avenger.
Nothing can take the siblings down faster than the truth. They try to hold it together as the truth unravels in their pursuit to rescue Keenya.
