Next Episode of Drag Race Sverige is
unknown.
Sweden enters the world's most prestigious drag queen competition. Nine talents are ready to fight for the glamorous queen title. Who has what it takes, and who will be forced to leave the competition? That is decided by host Robert Fux together with judges Farao Groth and Kayo.
Our drag queens see each other in stitches when they meet for the first time. They celebrate midsummer in complete chaos, represent their hometown and interpret "a night at the castle" on the catwalk. It gets emotional when Antonina Nutshell opens up about bullying and new friendships are made in the group. Host Robert Fux is joined by this week's guest judge, Daniela Rathana.
The competition is gearing up! On the catwalk, our drag queens will put on a talent show and show off their best "Longstocking Extravaganza" looks. Will Antonina Nutshell manage to avoid showing her panties again? How will this week's judge deluxe, Siw Malmkvist, react to Santana's challenging pole dance? And will Fontana ever recover from insulting Beyoncé in front of this week's other guest judge, Tone Sekelius?
As an environmentally conscious queen, it's not enough to pledge tombstones. It also applies to being able to recycle trash into a show-stopping look. Fux challenges the contestants in a tough design challenge against the clock. Fontana, who cannot sew, receives harsh criticism from style icon Fredrik Robertsson and is forced to rethink. Advantage is awarded to the one who gets the most right in queen knowledge when the guest judge and drag legend, Christer Lindarw, stops by in the drag house.
It's time for the challenge that all Drag Race fans have been waiting for: the Gameshow parody "Snatch Game", where each queen impersonates a celebrity. A great dispute is served up in the competition, which far from everyone is happy about, but first all the county librarians are to be praised as the contestants practice verbal self-defence and read each other. It also becomes painfully clear that no matter how disarming a sense of humour you have, you can get horribly wrong when you're in drag. Guest Judges: Arantxa Alvarez and Omar Rudberg.
The queens find out that they have been selected for the Drag festival and will compete to represent Sweden in Dragovision. They split into two groups and sing new drag versions of the classics "Högt över havet" and "E' de' det här du kallar kärlek". The groups also struggle with creating their own choreography. On the main stage, Loreen is extra impressed by a certain queen's singing performance.
This week, MMA fighter Simon Sköld and his gang of boys are invited to the drag house. The drag queens are tasked with turning the visitors into their dream sisters and performing as a pair of siblings on the catwalk. High heels are to be worn and Fontana wants to shave the eyebrows of his sister - Olympic boxer Anthony Yigit. Vanity is honest that she previously avoided straight men. It will be an intense competition where both the visitors and the drag queen will gain new perspectives and insights. Guest judge: Caroline Hjelt from Icona Pop.
Four queens remain but only three can make it to the final. Now the most demanding maxi challenge to date awaits: the girls are to shoot a crime drama, and are coached by the award-winning director Shima Niavarani. Fontana learns that it is not always best to be on top. Admira talks about a dark period in her life when she was stuck in a severe addiction.
The day is here when the historic title "Queen of Drag Race Sverige" is to be awarded and the performance anxiety is at its maximum. A Britney brawl breaks out when the final song Every Queen is about to be recorded and Fontana enjoys the difficult choreography while Vanity and Admira panic. Fux, Kayo and Farao visit the Werkroom with video greetings from the participants' loved ones and it gets emotional for the queens. On the catwalk, the theme is Queen Delicious and the finalists send thoughtful and wise advice to their younger selves. Everything ends with a big coronation party and glitter rain!
