El Internado: Las Cumbres takes place in a school located next to an old monastery, in an inaccessible spot between the mountains, isolated from the world. The students are rebellious and problematic kids who will live under the strict and severe regime of discipline imposed by the center to reintegrate them into society. The surrounding forest is home to ancient legends, ever-present threats that will plunge the students into thrilling and terrifying adventures.
Zoe arrives to the boarding school, where Amaia obsesses over Paz' death. Paul and Manuel's friendship is broken. The new student soon discovers that Las Cumbres is not an ordinary school.
Paul, Manuel and Zoe try to find out what Amaia was planning together with the murdered priest, Father JeremÃas. A path that leads them into dark underworlds, to the Devil's dominion.
Manuel is sure about it, but Paul refuses to accept Amaia's loss. Zoe, faced with the fear of losing her friends, is capable of anything. But sometimes, not even the best of intentions are enough.
Caught up in the crime wave, the students are gobsmacked at the thought that Amaia knew those priests were going to die. What common traits made them end up on her list? What they do know is that no one can be trusted.
After the death of Father Vicente, Amaia's list is complete. It's the eve of the Blood Moon, a phenomenon surrounded by evil omens that indicate something terrible will happen.
