Love Song for Illusion

Following the loss of his memories, Sajo Hyun initiates a new chapter beyond the confines of the palace. Although reunited with Yeon Wol, his recollection of her identity may be absent, yet their profound connection persists, transcending the obstacles of his amnesia. Meanwhile, Yeon Wol embarks on a journey to honour her commitment to the antidote. Upon learning of her endeavour, Sajo Hyun sets out in search of her. 

Ak Hee realizes that his presence is slowly fading away, and knowing all this, Chung Ta makes a tempting offer. Meanwhile, Sajo Hyun and Yeon Wol are in shock and confusion when they find out that Geum Hwa has conceived a child. Seeing that Yeon Wol is not in her right mind, Yang Jae Yi takes a rather extreme measure to address the situation. 

Having gained access to Ak Hee's memories, Sajo Hyun discerns the deception that has ensnared him and promptly rushes back to the palace. With Yang Jae Yi's demise, Yeon Wol emerges as the anticipated successor to lead the Daggers of the Wind. Meanwhile, Ak Hee is determined to acquire the dagger to execute his plot to eliminate Sajo Hyun. 

After a fierce confrontation between Ak Hee and Sajo Hyun, Ak Hee successfully plunges the dagger into Hyun. Simultaneously, Sajo Yoong readies himself for the throne. Meanwhile, Sajo Yoong employs a cunning tactic, injecting a poisoned needle into Yeon Wol, who collapses immediately afterwards. Ak Hee becomes consumed by what he perceives as love for Yeon Wol.
