Jade is working as a lifeguard at a pool in a small Scottish town. She struggles with her mental health but finds support from fellow lifeguard Collette. 

Jade fears how much Agnieszka may know about her past. Collette has a secret of her own. 

Jade worries what Collette will think if she finds out her secret. Steve notices that something is happening between Jade and Collette. 

Jade is hopeful about her relationship with Collette. Liam and Agnieszka inspire Collette to talk to Steve. 

Collette tries to fix things with Jade and confronts her about what happened in Glasgow. 

The staff throw Jade a surprise birthday party. An unexpected guest causes Jade to reconsider the life she left behind.
