Comedian Henrik Fladseth is in danger of being canceled when the rumor spreads that he has made a very inappropriate "blackface-downs" parody.

Henrik becomes enraged when he is confronted that his nemesis in the comedy community spreads a video of Henrik's very unsuccessful attempt at satire.

After a very unpleasant confrontation with an angry audience member, fellow comedian Steinar Hallert decides to take Henrik on an unconventional self-defense course.

Henrik is making a desperate attempt to have more offensive video material of his on the internet removed.

Henrik's jovial childhood friend, Kris, forcibly moves in with the reluctant hosts Henrik and Jenny. Resistance and dissatisfaction with Henrik is growing at the Nationaltheatret.

Jenny and Henrik's relationship is at breaking point. Henrik realizes that he must resort to one last desperate act to prevent the cancellation.

Alone and at a loss, Henrik agrees to a job he would never have taken on before. Trapped on an island in the Oslo Fjord, Henrik finds himself at the absolute lowest point of his career.

Martin Beyer-Olsen meets Henrik, who is trying to come to terms with his new existence as an ordinary man on the streets.
