As Eve, Brett and Ken transform the well-loved but worn properties, they also give a nod to the homes' rich histories and ensure they will be enjoyed by future generations to come.
A Texas daughter, mother and grandmother work together to flip a neglected cottage. The kitchen is outdated, the bathrooms are filthy and knotty pine is all over the place, but a big surprise lurking behind the house might be its saving grace.
