A transplant from city to farm life who has embraced her new home, Molly Yeh welcomes viewers to her cozy farmhouse on the Minnesota/North Dakota border and shares her love for the country life. Molly Yeh is hosting a brunch extravaganza on the farm with all her Middle Eastern-inspired favorites. It's a meal full of flavor, color and texture as Molly makes Falafel Waffles with Creamy Lemon Yogurt Slaw, a Scallion-Marinated Labneh Balls Board and Chocolate Rose Buns for dessert. She finishes things off with a sweet and bubbly treat of Peachy Basil Marzipan Soda.
There is one small section of time between harvest and planting when Nick is available for date night, and tonight's the night! Molly Yeh packs a picnic dinner complete with Meat-Stuffed Pitas with Yogurt Tahini Sauce, Couscous Salad with Pistachios and Dates and Cold Curried Cauliflower. Then, they'll enjoy the best view in town as they snack on Fizzy Rock Potato Chips.
Molly Yeh believes the farmers harvesting the beets need nourishment to get through the long days, so she's feeding the hungry crew with a hearty meal! Molly packs them Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Charred Broccoli Slaw and a side of Beet Chips with French Onion Yogurt. For a sweet treat, she adds some of her Thick Frosted Speculoos Cookie Bars and S'mores Puppy Chow.

For the ultimate mash-up of Midwestern and Canadian flavors, Molly put together a Hot Tot Short Rib Poutine.

With the restaurant opening just weeks away, Molly puts the finishing touches on Bernie's menu to reflect the farm-to-table concept.
